Following a change in use by a local business, Mike Weatherley, the Conservative Member of Parliament for Hove and Portslade, has welcomed a new fish restaurant to his Hove constituency.
Last year, Mike visited the Little Fish Market when it first opened its doors to local residents. However, after a change in direction, owners Tina Sparsis and Harry Richardson have transformed the shop into a new seafood restaurant. For more information, visit www.thelittlefishmarket.co.uk.
Commenting, Mike said: “I remember popping into The Little Fish Market to welcome the business to the area when it opened last year. While I am sad to see the fishmonger side of the business go, I am sure that the new restaurant will be an excellent addition to Brighton & Hove’s culinary scene.”
