Mike has become a patron of the Cybersmile Foundation, a new charity which specifically addresses the growing trend of cyberbullying.
The Cybersmile Foundation is the first and only UK charity that is dedicated to the victims of cyberbullying. The charity, founded by Brighton resident Scott Freeman, is committed to helping educate people to use social media safely; providing valuable information and guidance for all areas of cyberbullying; and offering urgent one-to-one counselling to the victims of cyberbullying. For more information on Cybersmile, please visit www.cybersmile.org.
Commenting, Mike said: “I support the Cybersmile Foundation because their work is essential in tackling the growing problem of cyberbullying in schools, both in Brighton & Hove and around the country. If anyone is affected by online bullying, I would urge them to get in touch with Cybersmile for some professional help.”
