Mike has accepted an invitation to become an Ambassador for the music charity Music for All.
Music for All is a unique charity for the British musical instrument industry. Its mission is ‘Making More Musicians!’. This is achieved through four key pillars: Promoting the substantial and wide-ranging benefits of music making; Bringing “Learn to Play” experiences to people of all ages and backgrounds; Being committed to addressing the needs of community and diversity, especially those who do not have access to music making; Developing partnerships with like-minded organisations. For more information, please see www.musicforall.org.uk.
Commenting, Mike said: “I am an avid supporter of the music industry, and have promoted it in Parliament through my own Rock the House competition. While I enjoy music from every genre, I really am a heavy metal fan at heart. I am proud to be a Patron of such a fantastic charity.”
