At a meeting of the Children, Young People, and Skills Committee (in City Chambers on June 18th) Members unanimously noted the report that detailed the allocation of the £460, 000 investment in services for young people – secured by the Conservatives at the last Budget Council.
Half Million Investment Demanded By The Conservative Group
The Conservative Spokesperson for Children, Young People, and Skills – Cllr Vanessa Brown – speaking after Agenda Item 8 – said ” I am delighted that nearly half a million pounds, demanded by The Conservative Group at this year’s Budget Council, can now be used to benefit the younger generations in our City. The Conservative Group will continue to demand that the young people of Brighton and Hove receive the support that they need.”
